Policies and Procedures
*We have a 4 hour cancellation policy. Reservation must be canceled in this time frame in order to not be charged.
*If a scheduled flight arrives after 12:00 am there will be an additional charge of $20.
*Any early am pickup before 4:00 am there is an additional $20 charge
*If a customer is not ready at their scheduled pickup time there will be a wait fee of 40/hr pro-rated on 15 minute intervals. They will be allowed a 10 minute grace period before the wait time will be charged. This does not include pickups at the airport due to delays etc.
*We also charge a $20 Holiday fee on the following days Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day
*We are not responsible for left or lost items in the vehicles.
*We will store Car Seats for you but it is the customers responsibility to make sure it is labeled with name and return date.
*Airport delays – we will be monitoring your flights for arrival time. If your inbound flight is delayed you don’t need to call unless you are being rebooked on a different flight. Any new flight information will need to be called in to the office to make sure we are aware of your new arrival time and flight.
We will be waiting for them at the designated pickup area at the airport and will be unable to leave our vehicle unattended. These are the rules that Massport has in effect for security purposes. Each terminal has its own designated pickup area. Drivers will be waiting at the designated area with a sign with the customers last name on it. Any issues please call our office immediately
Attached is a listing of our terminals and where the designated area is for each airline. Please make sure the passengers are aware of these pick up locations and that they have the toll free number 877-729-5466 or 603-577-5400.
Pickup at TERM A – Outside of the Baggage area at the 3rd island out
Pickup at TERM B – Go outside of the Baggage area and over to the bottom of the parking garage.
Pickup at TERM C – Upstairs from Baggage area at the 2nd curb.
Pickup at TERM E – Outside the Terminal to the left limo parking area.
